Dr. Eze Hyacinth Ekwealor (a USA trained Gynecologist), and Mr. Goddy Onogwu through Pastor Moses Tettevi in their effort to promote peace and humanitarian relief and to help solve Global epidemic like hunger, diseases, Literacy, natural and Man-Made-Disasters etc. contacted Mr. Arthur Emmanuel who at that time representing Ed’s World Inc., an NGO based in the United States of America. They saw that Arthur Emmanuel was able to prudently manage the little funds he receives from Ed’s World Inc. to solve some problems in his area of operation. This prompted them to join Arthur to help fight Global Epidemics. International Humanitarian Relief and Rescue Initiative was actually established as non-profit organization on 1st May 2016, but was certificated to commence business on the 2nd day of February, 2017.
